Master's Ranch is a 2,000 acre gated community development located on Pinyon Mesa, in Mesa County Colorado. There are 57 privately owned lots from 35 to 80 acres each. Currently there are 15 homes completed or under construction. Owners are members of the Masters Ranch Property Owners Association (POA).
The all volunteer board and committees control and allocate POA funds (dues) for management, maintenance and repair activities inside the POA. Snow plowing, gravel/grading, weed control, insurance, etc., are typical POA expenses.
The membership meets annually on the first Saturday of May at 10 AM at the Glade Park Community Services building on S 16 1/2 Road, just North of the Glade Park Store. You will find the current meeting Agenda, Articles Of Incorporation, By-Laws, Subdivision Covenants and POA policies in the Document Library as well as maps and other documents.
